In computer management menu ,you will see disk management under storage.

Insert your infected pen drive first.Then Click on disk management.All your drives will be shown.You will see pen drive also in there.

Just right click on the pen drive and click on format.

If the pen drive is virus infected , a alert will show that [Your pendrive has been used by other application.Forcing a format might cause harm to that system.] Ignore this and to continue format click on " Yes ".
