Bloglist widget for blogger-a helpful thumbnail feed display for multibloggers

I run four blogs,whenever I add a new post in any blogs there is an instant update in all four blogs.This is done by Bloglist widget of blogspot.

This widget is to display the most recent one post of the blog feeds that is listed.

In fact I like the look of display feature of this widget.Every post display featured with -A thumbnail image plus title of the post plus a snippet of the post.And moreover the link opens in a new window!

How to get a related post widget in blogspot blogger with thumbnail image and plus with title too - I searched through.And found there are lots of option in different pro blogspot website .But All of this required messing up with blogspot template code,need to apply javascript code here,css there and html code there bla bla.

I am familiar with blogspot template code and to go through there details tutorial is easy for me but in fact I hate messing up with template code though I like to make some experiment some time.
