Picasa image editing software is an excellent software.
It is simple to use and web integrated.But funny there is no option to make arrow or circles which are very important to make images for websites.
But still you can make arrows,circles with Picasa,its so simple

You can do this from Edit Text option
- Select your image.
- Then click on Edit text option
- Select font "Wingdings3",then type A ,your Arrow is ready
- Select font "wingdings2" then type m for circle p for square
- There are also lots of symbol ,suit yourself.
- If the symbol is too small,click on the symbol then drag mouce to make large or rotate symbol.
- If you find it hard comment here.
Actual fact
- Its no trick ,its just that winddings is a special type of fonts of symbol.
- Its better you test in MSWORD 2007,that is look for symbols
