In fact there no such free thing like lottery or money making.If you get an email or phone of free offer do not provide any information in to it.
Surely this is phising attempt.
If this is not a phising attempt ,then it is a spamming attempt.They will sell your email address to spammers.

They don't know your name

Phising mail begins like this-Dear valued customer , Dear valued user.As they know only mail address,no names.

If you provide name or etc,you are vulnerable next level attack.

Spelling mistakes

If you watch carefully you may find one or two spelling mistakes in phising Emails.
