My adsense application was pending for over 3 month than suddenly adsense ads appearing in my website and then I checked in my email inbox and foun a welcome mail that my adsense application is granted at last.

Why adsense registration is manual sometime

Generally adsense registration application got reply within 72 hours and after rejection anybody can apply again.

The examination process is done with a google system called google bot.Its task is to automatically justify whether a website is to grant for adsense .

If your adsense application is pending that means google bot is unable to justify the website content.And also there is no rejection.

Then the application is qued to judge by some human and as there are lots of application ,reasonably it takes time.
